In 1 Samuel 13:14 David was the man whom The LORD sought out for Himself after His own Heart. King David was a “Lokhem” Warrior, and worshiper of The LORD Most High. Like Coach Ron, the ancient people of Israel were a nation of warriors. Today we see that there is a need in Israel for both men and women to serve in the Israeli defense forces. Every class Coach Ron teaches is a fight against antisemitism, and is taught with the language and culture in mind.

Coach Ron trained in Martial Arts for twenty eight year in six different countries, and he has competed in five countries. He was a part of the MMA scene as well as cage fighting. Just at the time Ron was to turn pro/UFC he became paralyzed and cried out to God. Because of that experience he became a believer almost fifteen years ago and is no longer paralyzed, but trains others in Israeli Krav Maga, with an emphasis on defending against human trafficking.

In Judges 3 God tests Ancient Israel by leaving some from the nations in the land of Canaan for all those who hadn't experienced war that they would train. We believe He did this in order that they would understand who they are in Him, and if they would follow after the God of Israel in the way. Our Elohim is a Warrior King, and as Joshua can attest to in a meeting with The Captain of the Army of The LORD; Joshua desiring to know this sword-drawn Warrior, displayed great faith and made allegiance to Him.

We believe that if you follow Yeshua, The Warrior King, as Joshua did into the battle; or engage in the spiritual battle raging around us, that both of these faithful acts display worship and allegiance. In Psalm 149 we are exhorted as children of Zion to worship Him in the dance, we also see the physical battle taking place; with a two edged sword in their hand to execute vengeance on the nations and to bind their princes with fetters of iron, this honor He gives to all His Saints.
